Order Process
- Browse and Select: Choose the products you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart.

- Enter Information: Provide your shipping address, contact details, and payment information.
- Review and Submit: Review your order details and confirm your purchase.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.
Payment Options We accept the following payment methods through our payment partner PayFast:
- Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard..
- Debit Card: We accept Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Only through PayFast’s InstantEFT option.
Please note: Your order will be processed once we receive confirmation of your payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or product availability.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and Instant EFT payments. Your payment information will be processed securely through PayFast.
Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping partners are MDS Collivery and PUDO/Courier Guy. Shipping costs are calculated based on your choice of courier, your delivery address and the weight of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
Our products are handmade per order and are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
If you experience any problems within the first 7 days of receiving your products, you are welcome to contact us at gene@bowtiquesa.co.za.
Our products go through a rigorous quality control process before they are shipped to you. If a product is damaged due to product misuse or abuse no refund or replacement will be considered.
