- Which Courier Service do you use? We offer two courier options: MDS Collivery and The Courier Guy. You can choose your preferred service during the checkout process.
- How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary depending on the courier service you choose. MDS Collivery offers up-to-the-minute tracking. The Courier Guy offers a slightly lower cost at a flat rate of R80, but may not provide real-time tracking.
- How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Use this to track your package on the respective courier’s website:

- Do you ship internationally? Right now, we’re focusing on bringing our magic to South Africa. For international order inquiries, please contact us at gene@bowtiquesa.co.za. Shipping costs will vary based on your delivery address.
- What happens if my order is damaged in transit? Oh no! If your order arrives looking a little worse for wear, please get in touch within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We’ll work it out from there.

- How long will my order take? Each of our pieces is handmade with love, so it takes a little time to create your perfect accessory. You can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days.
- How do I place an order? Finding your perfect piece is easy! Just add it to your cart and follow the simple steps to checkout.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayFast for a safe and secure checkout.
- Is my payment information secure? Absolutely! Your payment details are safe with us. PayFast is our trusted payment partner.
- Can I modify or cancel my order? We understand that plans change. If you need to make changes, please get in touch before your order ships.

- What materials do you use in our products? We’re all about quality! Our accessories are made with the finest materials. We only use imported double-sided satin ribbon.
- How do I care for my hair accessories? A little love goes a long way! To keep your accessories looking their best, avoid getting them wet and store them in a cool, dry place.

- What is your return policy? Because each piece is handcrafted just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. But if you have any issues, please reach out within 7 days.
